Your details, plainly.

When you join the waitlist, we keep:

• your first name and email address
• if you choose to tell us: your suburb, your favourite base, your Instagram handle, and whether you want to hear about the app
• your referral code, and the code of the friend who sent you, if one did
• where you came from, like a QR code on a cup or a link in our bio
• when you joined, and that you agreed to hear from us

If you send a build to the board, we also keep your photo, the build code, the name you gave it, your first name and, if you add it, your Instagram handle.

If you use the Free Pour app, we also keep your account’s email address, the builds you save, your Club points and the member code on your card. Your account is linked to your waitlist place when the emails match.

We don’t collect your address, phone number, birthday or card details. We don’t buy or sell lists, and we don’t use ad trackers.

• To email you when we open, and about the Club and the app if you asked.
• To give you a place in line, and move you up when friends join with your link.
• To work out where to set up next: suburbs and favourite bases tell us where people are and what they drink.
• To show your build on the site and the board in store, if you sent one in and we approve it.

We only use your email for Free Pour news. One email when we open, and not much else.

The waitlist is stored in a database run by Supabase, in its Sydney region (AWS ap-southeast-2). Only our server can read or write it; nobody can reach it from the website directly.

Our emails are sent by Resend, which handles your name and email address to deliver them. Resend is based in the United States, so your email address passes through servers there.

The site is hosted by Vercel. We use Vercel Analytics to count page visits and Vercel Speed Insights to measure how fast pages load. Neither uses cookies or identifies you, and we strip referral codes and links from what they record.

To stop spam, we count sign-up attempts against a scrambled, one-way version of your IP address, and clear old counts out automatically. We can’t turn it back into your IP, and we never store the IP itself.

Every email we send has an Unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it, confirm, and you’re off the list and out of the line. You can join again whenever you like.

You can delete your app account, with its saved builds and points, from Account in the app. To see what else we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted entirely, email hello@freepour.bar. We’ll do it within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
